Links
to Investing Sites
We want N.O.R.E.I.A. to be one of the most resourceful places on the
web for real estate investors. Specifically, we would like this links
page to be chock full of relevant websites that can help you in your
real estate investing.
Sites are constantly coming and going on the web. No one person can
certainly keep on top of them all. But, an Association with a 1000
members can probably get close! Please email Linda Locascio, our website
links coordinator, with your suggestions of other online resources
that we should include here. Email your suggestions to Linda at marketing@neworleansreia.com.
You don’t have to be a current member to email suggestions.
We welcome them from any source. If you are a current N.O.R.E.I.A
member, though, we will give you $10 NOREIA Bucks for every ten (10)
links you provide. If you are interested in submitting links, here
are some suggestions.
First, submit more than ten at a time. All ten may not be approved,
and if we approve less than ten, we will not give you any NOREIA Bucks.
Second, the links submissions are not cumulative. You can’t
submit and get five approvals now and five in a month or so and then
get $10 NOREIA Bucks. In a perfect world, it would work this way,
but, remember: we have no paid staff. All our board members, including
our Marketing director, are fulltime real estate investors. We
have hundreds of members. We just don’t have the resources or
time to keep a running tally for each person regarding how many links
they have submitted to date. Thus, submit more than ten (10) at a
time so it is likely you can get $10 NOREIA Bucks for each batch of
submissions.
What are we looking for? Any online resource than can help our real
estate investors in any way. That may include real estate investing
sites, contractor sites, landlording sites, credit repair sites, home
improvement sites, government sites, as well as other reia sites.
It could also include sites on running a small business. Tax sites.
Sites with good forms, calculators, or computer utilities. Our government
official’s sites would be helpful. Any online resources that
can help our members build and/or maintain a profitable real estate
investing business is fair game. So submit away!
