The NOREIA Member Wish List

The NORIEA Member Wish List is a private list of real estate related items that NOREIA members have requested.

For example, some members have posted specific types of properties they are looking to buy (like a 2 bedroom shotgun double Uptown). Other members have posted properties and cash flows they want: like a four bedroom rental in excellent condition with a section 8 tenant and positive cash flow of $200/month after purchase. Other members have put in a request for specific materials: such as claw foot tubs in decent shape wanted for $50 or less.
