Jeanne Prudhomme Coco of Prudhomme Appraisals is a local residential appraiser, servicing Orleans, Jefferson, St. Tammany, St. Bernard, St. John, and St. Charles parishes. She is FHA approved, Expert Witness Qualified, and competent in As Is/As Repaired appraisals. She also has experience with refinancing, tax assessments, new construction, and renovation loan appraisals. She’s also participated in additional education related to real estate investing, including short term rentals, pre-foreclosures, short sales and REOs, and valuation of residential solar. In addition, Jeanne also provides measuring services and floor plans.
