Linda Locascio
President
Linda Locascio is the Owner and Broker of Linda Lane Realty and the owner of Millionaire Investments, Inc. She has been investing in real estate since 2003 and owns several investment properties. Linda specializes in buying houses “subject to” the existing mortgage and selling those properties on lease options. She is the past President of NOREIA and was the first female President of the Association. Linda invests primarily on the Northshore and is active in the Hammond community.
David Birdsong
Vice President & Legal Counsel
David Birdsong, Attorney and Notary Public, has been involved in the real estate business as a real estate agent, real estate law instructor, title examiner, and notary public for over 20 years. He graduated from Loyola University of New Orleans with degrees in Political Science and Law and has served on several non-profit boards.
Nicolas Zepeda
Immediate Past President / Community Liaison
Nicolas Zepeda is an investor, realtor, landlord, builder, and licensed contractor. He leverages deep market insight to identify profitable opportunities and provide strong service to clients. He is active in local and national builder associations and supports housing and development needs across Louisiana and beyond.
Jessica Manzella
Local Vendors
Jessica joined NOREIA after exploring buy-and-hold investing, then expanded into rehabs, rentals, notes, and wholesaling. She joined the board in 2018 and has helped grow vendor membership and marketing. She is a Realtor with Epique Realty and co-hosts Cocktail Time, a social meeting for NOREIA.
Konstantin Ginzburg
Digital Infrastructure & Treasurer
Konstantin has worked in the oil and gas industry for 15 years and has built a real estate side business focused on owning and managing rentals across Louisiana using both short- and long-term rental models. He also completed an MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship.
Stephanie Woodside
Programming
Stephanie has been immersed in real estate since 1999 and became a licensed Realtor in 2004. She is an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty New Orleans, serving buyers, sellers, and investors across Greater New Orleans. Stephanie is also an active investor with experience flipping properties and managing long-term rentals.
Carol Logreco
Community Outreach
Carol is a Commercial Sales and Leasing agent, a native New Orleanian, and a 5th generation real estate investor. She has worked in new construction, renovations, and brings 20 years of property management experience.
Stephen Keighery
Marketing & Memberships
Stephen Keighery is an entrepreneur and property investor. He founded hipages Group, an Australian home improvement marketplace, and later moved to New Orleans where he established Home Buyer Louisiana to revitalize distressed properties. He’s focused on reducing blight, creating housing opportunities, and driving innovation in Louisiana real estate.
