Each year, NOREIA hosts special events that provide additional value through education, networking, and shared real estate experience in more casual, memorable settings.
City Bus Tour
Several times a year, we tour investment properties across the New Orleans area. Members walk through properties with a contractor and agent to evaluate purchase price, repair budget, and after-repair value in real time.
National REIA Cruise
A multi-night cruise combining education and networking with investors from REIAs across the country. Days include optional conferences and roundtables; evenings are for networking and leisure. Ports range from the Caribbean to Alaska.
NOREIA Annual Cruise
Starting in 2025, NOREIA will host our own cruise departing from New Orleans to Mexico. These 3–5 day trips combine travel, education, and networking in a relaxed environment.
Annual Holiday Party
Each December, members gather to celebrate the year, enjoy dinner, raffles, and connect in a relaxed setting at unique New Orleans venues.
